Our ‘Designs on Demand’ service was created to provide a more hands on and budget friendly choice then our full service design option. It is 100% virtual and can be done for a client anywhere. Below are some frequently asked questions as well as example photos.

  • Our DOD is a 100% virtual service + presentation that is a more hands-on client experience. First steps are client providing all detailed dimensioned floor plans + pictures of the space for designers to reference for their plans /designs. Designers will provide three moods boards for clients review and feedback. Once the mood has been chosen the designers will create the full design presentation with itemized pricing. Clients are then responsible for contacting all sub contractors needed and the installing of the design. ** Please note there is no correspondence included in this service however can be billed hourly ($500 an hour) as an a la cart option .

  • Our DOD presentations include dimensioned layouts of each room, elevations, 3D renders, and custom millwork / furniture when applicable.

  • Yes! The client completes all survey work and provides our technical team with hand-drawn dimensioned plans. And/Or Architectural CAD drawings; furniture (ie vanity, mirror, accessories) dimensions not needed unless they are being reused.

  • W+B will handle all purchases and all products will be shipped directly to the client's home or a receiving warehouse when required. Client will have access to discounts below MSRP pricing.
    ** Please note, receiving warehouses are a 3rd party cost paid directly to the receiver and selected by client (if W+B has a recommended receiver in your area we will utilize them)

  • Our Designs on Demand is a Non-Applicable Design Fee- $4,500 per room
